What is the return or exchange policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason it’s not quite right, you may return unworn pieces in new condition within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit.
All custom, made-to-order, and sale items are final sale and returns or cancellations will not be accepted. This will be clearly stated in the listing description of the piece.

Items that are custom, made-to-order, or purchased on sale are final sale. This will be clearly stated in the listing description of the piece.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped.
For ring resizes, please allow up to one week for your ring to be resized and your order to be shipped.
For made-to-order or custom pieces, please allow 1-3 weeks for your jewelry to be made and shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is shipping cost within the U.S?
We offer free shipping on all US orders.
Orders under $250 are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (2-5 business days). Optional upgrade to Priority Mail Shipping is also available to purchase at checkout.
All orders over $250 will be upgraded to Priority Mail Shipping (1-3 business days).
All orders over $600 will be shipped via UPS and will require signature confirmation.
Option to ship UPS Next Day Air ($60) also available at checkout.
What is the shipping cost for International orders (outside of the U.S)?
We offer free International shipping for orders over $350.
For all international orders under $300, a $20 flat rate will apply. 7-21 days via USPS First-Class Mail International.
Express International shipping option available for a flat rate of $100. 1-5 Business days via UPS.
We are not responsible for any customs costs/taxes on International orders. Please review your country’s current VAT rates to be aware of potential fees that may apply to your order upon delivery.

How do I figure out my ring size?
If you are unsure of your ring size we suggest visiting your local jeweler who should be able to quickly measure your finger(s) to get your ring size. At home ring sizers are also available on our site for your convenience. Most of our rings have resizing options you can find inside of the listings.
Do your pieces include a warranty?
All pieces include an 12 month warranty with purchase. In the rare case that breakage occurs within the first 12 months of purchase MAHKA Jewelry will happily repair the item or offer a gift card (store credit) for the original purchase price and return it free of charge. If the item is damaged due to personal wear and tear or mishandling by the customer, the item will not be covered under our warranty.
